This website is not owned by the CDD. MagnoliaWestCDD.org is the official website of the community development district. There you will find important information concerning the CDD. This page is for general information only, and is meant to serve as a means of communication to onsite staff.

Please contact the facility attendant, Marilyn Newbauer if you have any specific questions regarding reservations. She can be reached at 904-531-9382 or at marilyn@firstcoastcms.com. Please note that reservations are not final until both deposit and fee have been received and cleared district accounting. Rentals are first come, first serve. PLEASE NOTE: Reservations can only be made by current residents of Magnolia West and limited to 4 reservations per 12 month period.  All others will be cancelled.

River Glen CDD 

Notice to Current Residents

Amenity Management is in the process of currently auditing our resident access cards database. We have found that many former residents have retained the amenity access cards and continue to take advantage of the River Glen Amenities. In order to complete the audit, we request that each household fill out a new Amenity Registration form and provide their current Amenity Card numbers, listed on each access card in their possession. The process is simple and can be done by filling out the form on the link below. We request that all registrations are received by March 1st, 2020. After March 1st, access will be temporarily suspended until we can verify the cards. We only need one registration per household. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
